SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - UPS stores in Savannah are offering free packaging to those shipping holiday packages overseas. However, UPS suggest sending them as soon as possible, because the longer you wait, the more it will cost to get it there on time.
"You've missed the early shipments, that was in November, military and international, if you want it cheap, usually in the month of November," said Albany UPS store owner Donnie Lavvorn.
