SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - SCAD is gearing up for a once in a lifetime show!

Savannah College of Art and Design students are dancing and moving their bodies to the music under the careful eye of acclaimed performance artist Nick Cave.  These students are preparing to dance in a twelve-by-twelve box suspended by a crane! They'll also wear sound suits which react to the dancers' movements. It'll be a performance you won't soon forget.

"The next day, and then a week or a month later, it'll still be in people. It's the whole idea of getting the whole community and the performance and the spectacle of it.  The energy of it will really resonate with people," said Matthew Mascotte.

You can see the finished product this Saturday starting at 8pm at the Hamilton Hall parking lot on Indian Street. It's all part of SCAD's Signature Define Art Festival.
