SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - SCAD is celebrating the best and brightest on the silver screen.
The Savannah College of Art and Design film festival was still going strong Monday night. The Trustees Theater showed off "The City of Your Destination" and "Dare". Both with award winning actress and star of the 2005 movie "The Phantom of the Opera", Emmy Rossum. She was in town as one of the honored guests, and says it's nice that Savannah gets a chance to see her movies before the big releases.
"I'm just excited that 'Dare' is coming out November 13th in New York and LA. It's always exciting when you work on a tiny film, which is more similar to what my roots are," said Emmy Rossum.
